Rain Has Poorest Service and inconsistency
I haven't had a stable connection in the last 3 days one moment it is okay next thing nothing just buffers (I'm talking about minutes apart) all over that you cant even open a tab on my cellphone on the net , this is while everything is green and location optimised , I just paid last week when I was thinking about leaving due to inconsistency and service of Rain , because this is unfair on customers when we pay and then such always happens , I literally had to purchase data to do this when I'm paying for WiFi and you can’t even submit a ticket on their website or the app because it doesn’t login.

12 Mar 2023, 19:31Nothing has changed and really inconvenient and how am I supposed to know where springbok crescent is because I can’t even see it on the map , you might as well cancel my contract/subscription because every month it is something different and I’m not going to keep paying for such service seriously ,in this economy R740 makes a big difference

Nothing has changed and really inconvenient and how am I supposed to know where springbok crescent is because I can’t even see it on the map , you might as well cancel my contract/subscription because every month it is something different and I’m not going to keep paying for such service seriously ,in this economy R740 makes a big difference
