Rain has poor service and are an ************* supplier.

Please be careful when you get rain the cancelation is easy, but the collection of the modem takes more than a year to collect. Now they have handed me over to Nudebt for the collection of the modem. Something seriously wrong with these people working for Rain. When you eventually get hold of them over the phone, they can only tell you it is another department that handle that. They still need to refund me 3 months of subscription where their towers were faulty. I would not recommend this service from Rain to anyone. Rather get Vodacom much beter signal and reception. Rain is not reliable at all.
