Rain has poor customer service

Rain has poor customer service. I've been waiting for my order for two weeks. When I call them they tell me that my parcel will be delivered on the day but when I call the courier company, they tell me that they haven't received my parcel. To make matters worse, they are refusing to accept my South African Passport to RICA the SIM CARD and are using it as an excuse to delay delivery.
