Rain has one of poorest customer service and they are not helpful at all. They take your money and run.

Rain is by far the most shaddiest company and their customer service is ridiculous. They deduct money without your concent, accept they were in the wrong , that it was a system glitch but still refuse to give your money back. They claim to have processed my refund on the 2nd of Feb, it is 9 days later now, no money has been refunded. They do not answer phones and their emails. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Their service is poor!!! They stole my money and it has been exactly 12 days and no one is helping resolve the issue.
