Rain has not responded to any of my emails its been a week now, left me no option but to cancel my subscription.

Its been a week now and Rain still has not responded to any of my emails. This has left me no option but to cancel my sim and will be moving over to another provider. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any provider. They have given me nothing but frustration and stress. Rain is a waste of money and time. I've since given up, what is the use of paying for service you do not receive. I regret ever signing up with Rain.
