Rain has no responded to me in 40 days

Good day, this message was first sent to you last month, rain did not debit my account in the past 12 days and there was no 'pay now' option, suddenly my access got cut off. I am now requested to pay over R700 for reconnection. whose problem is it if your services were not working? please restore my internet services. In February I changed my billing from R479 to R250, this changes were not effected again, why are we subjected to this pathetic services? Mind you, I am using this internet for my school assignments. I am stuck now with RAIN
