RAIN HAS NO NETWORK SERVICE
These guys are not professional I bought a package from rain a Huawei 5G CPE PRO with uncapped 5G internet for R700 per month. I been having the packing since Friday (03 june) from RAM I got confirmation on Friday that my simcard is active but even now I have no internet connection even my phone is doing better with the vodacom 4G
Ism really disappointed as I am expected to start working from home starting tomorrow Monday and they support center isn't helping they just send you automated replies.
Am so disappointed I am calling my bank to reverse my money they should come take this router
