Rain has no idea what they are doing and the do not care.

I have been with Rain for almost a year now. The support is absolutely HORRIBLE.

I got a technician out to come assist in the beginning and he made it worse.

So after recommendation from Rain to move the router to the other side of my house and clear connection to a tower, I climb on my Roof, mount the router on and Atenna which is 400M away from a tower with no houses in-between as it is a nature reserve and NOW I GET NO CONNECTIONS. 1 bar 4G. The router is connecting to another tower which is further away, and wait for it, on the OTHER side of my house.

I have logged 4 support requests so that SOMEONE, ANYONE can help me to get this thing to connect to the correct tower. But alas, no response for 4 days.
