Rain has no Data

My internet speed is always low sometimes I cannot even send a WhatsApp. The customer service is very poor. I sent a complaint through one of their chat, the help I got was "Put your router by the window for better signal"...what the hell... I went to a friend's place he had a problem with his internet from another ISP. Customer service can Video chat with you and you show them the exact problem live. but not with Rain, with the email service, you have to take 48hrs to get a response. With chatting, you cannot say exactly what is going on it is irritating to keep on typing on a screen, I cannot be chatting for hours on a problem I got things to do... This is nonsense I am paying for a service where I don't get internet and I am within their specified coverage. Half of the day I don't have internet and the other half, my line will be running on 1mb/s at most. The network for rain can drop the whole day and I don't get help... It's a mission to start getting help. On holidays the network drops the whole day, ie the network also goes on holiday. The last holiday (Women's month), I didn't have internet the whole day.
