Rain has No Customer Support

Does Rain have customer support. I Tried calling many times and the phone rings until my airtime runs out. Phone always says we having high calls volumes and I wonder why. Obviously if they not answering any calls the volumes are gonna be high. Worst customer service ever. I did once manage to get hold of a lady named palisa she said she will get back to me within two minutes and never heard from her again what terrible customer service
