Rain has no customer support

Rain you are pathetic!!! Sales request quick to call but some customer support you are MIA??! Is this how you operate your business!!? It’s been over 2 weeks now I still haven’t received my refund because I declined your delivery!! No SMS to confirm that my order was cancelled, last person I spoke to (Ayanda) told me that I’ll receive it but nothing!!! I want my money back because I don’t have any rain product!! Don’t be ****ming people like this it’s pathetic!!! You should strive for better service so that we can recommend you but nop you want to act like all the other service providers that doesn’t take care of it’s customers. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!!!
