Rain has no after sales service
No after sales service at all. I have sent them 3 online queries. 3 facebook messages and still no reply. All I'm asking for is for them to ensure that my debit order will go off as it hasn't been going off as expected. I want to pay them and they are not interested. For a new customer this is one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had Reference ***

All I want to do is make sure my debit order goes off as it hasn't been going off despite numerous queries. My next step will be to contact your CEO. It should not be this hard for me to pay you. I need to ensure that my service does not get cut off due to non payment when all I have been wanting to do is pay you. Please assist urgently.
