Rain has horrible customer service. Do not give them your money

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I have not had network connection since 5 Feb and I have logged numerous tickets about my problem. The whole weekend I was ignored only to receive a call from one of their agents on Monday about my queries. The agent hang up the call on me several times and eventually stopped calling back. He sent an email stating that my issues have been resolved, which is not true. There has been no communication since, and I have continued to log multiple tickets multiple times a day. They keep sending me an email that states my issues has been resolved but I still DO NOT have internet. This company's customer service SUCKS and the internet connection is slow or non existent.
