rain has fallen off the wagon
Rain service poorest i pay full price i have internet that's only on for 2 to 3 minutes i called, logged tickets even reviewed them on this platform then they tried calling and said they will call when im off work ad next to the router but did they mope.
Anyone who wants to join look for something else their customer service is fueled by laziness. I mean i paid twice but for no service the one thing they are good at is receiving payment.

Whats with you guys and lying this thing of yours has been off ever since. Now that you wont refund me for that data that i have to buy while i paid you for the services atleast tell me who yo call.

28 Feb 2025, 08:19you telling me absolute nonsense and this is a lazy response. This thing has been plugged since the 21 January and those services have not come back. Can't i find already one person competent enough to look into this matter with interest.
