RAIN HAS FAILED ME, 3 MONTHS NO SERVICE BUT PAYMENT DONE

Rain has failed me, I have been sending emails and calling support no reply at all. Only a reply when I have not paid. Network not working at my house, all the house, B585 Zibandlela Road, Illovo township.

rain is just ignoring my support emails.
