Rain has failed cant they be sued for failure on service delivery?

Rain mobile is so pathetic I and my flatmate decided to get this terrible internet because of their **** promise of 5G at over 200Mbps, ****. They never fail to debt their R999 monthly sub from my account. Yet can not give any explanation as to why there so called 5G is worse than cell c mobile network? This has to be the worst service provider ever, yet its impossible to reach them for complaints? Cant anyone hold this people responsible for making me default at my work since we are lockdown and get work because if failed promises?
