RAIN HAS DISAPPONITED ME AGAIN

2 Months ago I wrote a review with my dissatisfaction at how the billing of my account was handled , few days late ,I received a response and since I was billed when I shouldn't have it was cleared, I later made a payment(DEC) for the month of Jan however instead i was disconnected after few days of connection

I sent email and tried calling however there was no response, I have billed again even after being disconnected before I could use the services
