Rain has debit my account two with the in correct amounts and now they require a bank statement even though I have provided them with tracking numbers for both incidents where they have debit my account incorrectly
Rain has debit my account two with the in correct amounts and now they require a bank statement even though I have provided them with tracking numbers for both incidents where they have debit my account incorrectly. 😑 They are huge inconvenience in my life ...I hate Rain I am definitely gonna seek better else where once they refund me my money back .

28 Dec 2021, 15:16You debited my account on the 29th for r949.0 after I has opened my subscription with you for r250 with you on 27t I never authorize or approved rain to debit these amounts of r949.00 and r826.55 from my account but only authorized r250.00 as that is my subscription as for Mr Victor Mampa I do not know .
All I need from rain is my money and I have since canceled that card with my bank if you aren't going to reverse my money give my bank the go ahead to reverse the money because you are now making your problems mine I don't want to know whom you took my money for I am saying my subscription with you is only for r250 so I want my money .
I never approved any other amounts to go off my account but r250 and that was on the day I first started my subscription with rain so please refund me my money ASAP.
All I need from rain is my money and I have since canceled that card with my bank if you aren't going to reverse my money give my bank the go ahead to reverse the money because you are now making your problems mine I don't want to know whom you took my money for I am saying my subscription with you is only for r250 so I want my money .

Because my bank says it will not be ***** because I do a knowledge my subscription of r250 with you that started on the 28th of Octobe 2021 .
I will need to resolve this the legal way because you not allowing fnb to access the funds and refund Mr my money yet you are refusing to refund me again .

Because my bank says it will not be ***** because I do a knowledge my subscription of r250 with you that started on the 28th of Octobe 2021 .

29 Dec 2021, 11:39I told them everything even sent them the communication between yourself and I ,Fnb said you are refusing them access to my money and that the only way fourth now would be the legal route because you took my money where as the amount you took is not as per the agreement I have in place with you .
They also say that based on the fact that you were only able to access these funds after my subscription with rain for r250 therefore you guys are in breach of contract. Took more than what I have in place with you and that you can not withhold my funds in respect of someone else's account only because I now have a subscription in place with rain .
You should not make your problems mine just because I now have a subscription with rain .
And that this is against the popi act because my subscription with rain is only for r250.
That is *****ing "theft" you can not hold me accountable for someone else's subscription .
No law in SA allows a SP to hold someone accountable for someone else's debt.
As that agreement is between you and the other person.
Please advise if you intend on refunding or should I proceed with the advise that fnb gave me .
