Rain has been failing to do a sim swap for a week, spoke to several *********** putting me through pillar to post. I'm now five on day five of endless calls and no sim swap still. Last agent I spoke to Mahima Gaikwad seems to be the only one there that is helpful. Rain has left my kids without connect for so many days.
