Rain has been down for 2 days now and no communication what so ever When you call them, their agent casually says the tower is down and the technicians are busy They need to care enough to notify us as paying customers

Rain has been down for 2 days now and no communication what so ever When you call them, their agent casually says the tower is down and the technicians are busy They need to care enough to notify us as paying customers. We don't short pay our monthly premiums
