Rain has become the pits!

The service from Rain has been the worst over the past few months. I have had 2 instances where my billing has been completely messed up. I had a call with them today to query why I had no internet connection after receiving text messages that my account is in arrears (to be clear it is not - I pay my account on the 25th of every month) only to be told a system glitch changed my payment date. I now have to make payment arrangements to restore my internet connection for an issue that isn’t even my problem. It seem Rain is also running a BPO in India and my God this makes this experience ********** - you can barely hear what the service consultant is saying! It seem likes it’s time to look for a new internet provider! Dealing with Rain is worse than torture!
