Rain has become so useless!!!

There service has degraded greatly!! I've been complaining for weeks on end that we have no signal.. yet they only send reference numbers!! When they phone they make promises they don't keep.. I've been wanting to cancel and they still deducted the monthly fee!! If I phoned them they don't answer I spent so much money and still no feed back!!

I have so many reference numbers with no assistance!! Come right man can a service be so useless!!
