Rain has become a horrible company

It's very dis heartening to have to write yet again to rain and not have a single response for over 5 months, they stopped debiting my acc and to date I hvnt gotn a reason for that now I'm forced to make manual payments will I'm at work, they cut off the service even after I had asked them to debit my account. Now up one opening the rain app it says my outstanding balance is 0.00 and my service are still down. When I call them Call the support number I hit the options they provide and that call cuts off. I'm at my wits end I don't knw wat to do any more coz iv been a loyal customers for more than 4 years yet this is the service I get, iv submitted tickets as they suggest on the app and that too falls on deaf ears. One would think for a company doing so well they would at least care abt their clients I'm supper disappointed in the service, there is no accountability, or even any 1 will to assist.
