Rain has bad customer service and their wifi service is slow!
I've used Rain for a while - they were always great but this last month has been horrible. When you visit their website its not really easy to report an issue, they dont have an online chat widget. I sent them an email and and got no response, then I went and blasted them on twitter - only then they sent me a DM. Even after all that my issue wasnt solved - MY WIFI HAS BEEN HORRIBLE AND SLOW THIS WHOLE MONTH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS JUST GOTTEN WORSE.
