Rain has a terrible network

I put a review down on rain a month ago with their wifi not working, after having to call them every single day while they tell me to reboot the router. Last month they came through to change my router, and guess what... A month later its still not working. I didnt want to rush to complain again but we kept rebooting and changing the routers position a million times, we even took it outside and at a higher level, still its a struggle, we're still paying for zero services.
