Rain hard capped certain internet tasks

Hi i just want to complain about the rain 5g basic package. On the website they claim up to 30mb speeds. When I do a speed test I get 38mb download and up to 20mb upload. I went to test out the service and notice when it comes to streaming videos like youtube and Netflix I see they capped there users to 5mbs and on Netflix I cant even keep 720p sometimes and most of the time I get 480p. I could get 4k netflix on a 8mbs fiber line. The only task i see which you would get there 30mb promise speed is downloading on a gaming service. If i would download on google play store, they capped me to 700kbs and average speeds are 500kbs. When downloading a file on browser, its capped at 2mbs. Rain is misleading there 5g claims and i would also state they would also do the same to there premium service. I would say that rain is the worst service provider in South Africa and also the worst value for money.
