Rain Great Sales Service Non Existent After Sales Service

Its very easy to sign up with Rain, the process is simple and delivery is made as promised, however cancelling with them is not as simple as one click on your profile as promised. I clicked and it returned a response of OOPS for over a week, When you phone in your options are Sales and Support, both options then take you to a consultant where you get transferred, hold and either cut off. When I did eventually get through to someone the collection was scheduled , router collected and I was told that the payment would be refunded. I have since made numerous calls and sent emails. I was repeatedly told it was escalated. I received an email asking for my banking details which I sent., and then collection was scheduled again (I phoned and gave them the details of the collection in April 3 months prior) and told it would be refunded. My last attempt was yesterday where I again got transferred , spoke to someone, I was asked to hold and then got cut off. No one phones you back despite asking for your cell number to verify you. Its not so much the refund as it is the principal that i was debited twice after cancellation and just receive no after sales assistance. Pity, this is the second time I used them and the service otherwise was impressive. Won't be using them again.
