Rain goes down the drain

Today is 25 March 2023 and no attemp has been made to arrange for the collection on the rain 5g router/modem. Nor have I received any confirmation of when I will receive the R870 refund paid on 1 March 2023, as I did not receive service and used any og Rains Data . I collected my Rain box on 4th March 2023 , called several times afterwards to have the issue resolved and no luck. My network light was red and no signal at all since I switched it on.

As previously communicated to Rain,I requested a full refund of R870 paid on the 1 st March as I did not have any service. I have also requested via telephone that the modem please get collected.

I have to date not been contacted by Rain.
