Rain giving me slow speed Internet or not at all!?

Dear rain is been a few months since I posted a negative review about your company well Iam here now today at 01:00AM my Internet stopped working for a full duration of 30 minutes for some unknown reas on you people like to do this and *******ed my pc while it was updating windows Also today at 21:00pm my Internet started slow g down when it's supposed to be running at optimal speed due to the fact it's in a 5G area so now I ask you this when in **** are you gonna look at this issue and resolve it because this keeps on happening not only with my Internet but with my father's a's well So rain please fix this issue or I'll be your worst client
