Rain: Giving false info to customers

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The time used was okay but if you want to cancel, please bug them for a week before the end of the month to make 1000% sure it is canceled. I cancel and asked if it was successful and if there is any outstanding payments. They told me yes successfully canceled and no outstanding payments. The 1st came and I got a insufficient fund notification from Rain. I quiered and they told me it was not canceled. After a week I got it actually canceled and the billing team does not get back to me regarding there mistake. I know the R625 does not sound like a lot but it is alot when you don't need it and can't afford unnecessary costs for the tight months. Please be very careful when starting by Rain, rather annoy then till it is done than wait. And please take screenshots especially on the AskRain online, there messages disappear after you exit it. And they will refuse to give you chats or specific details. Please be careful.
