Rain giving bad service and ****ming people

So, Rain did not want to replace a device that was hit by the loadshedding, we then cancelled the device in May which we already paid the full funds for May we could not use the service as it was cancelled this is a month-to-month account, but Rain wants us to pay for a service that we never used and was cancelled. Rain are ****ming people, that is the reason more and more people are cancelling with Rain
