RAIN gives no service
Hi
It is "RAINing" "Tears". really sad that a company that has the potential to make lots of profit in C19. is failing so dismally because of the most horrible service. Let me correct that........ they are NOT providing any service or issues and query resolution.
The agents at Rain if by some 1 in a million chance call you back. They ring once, hang up and then email to say they are unable to get hold of you. I had my phone in front of me as I leaped forward to pick up the rain agent hanged up.

I logged my initial Query of 18 July
I raised no response on hellopeter on 21 July, you responded advising an agent will contact me.
24 Hours later 22 July I mailed you stating still no assistance from Rain.
It is now 23 July..............you have not responded to my previous mail and neither has any agent contacted me.
The issue is my payment details are locked in so I cannot just walk away I need to engage with Rain to resolve this. I am again asking that I be contacted to resolve the matter.
what is it going to take would I need to contact the radio stations or go to the media.
