Rain give no mobile network on sim***0

I had did a sim port to rain last money for the two Sims that come as a package with my wifi. I had contacted last Wednesday the support team to help with the no mobile network. Thursday I had contacted again. They told me that the policy is not updated and have escalated it. It is now the 7th of April. It is a week later and there is still no mobile network. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of service and feedback on a service that I pay for on time. If this situation is not fixed by end of day tomorrow, I will be canceling my package with rain and I will go to another network because this is unacceptable.
