Rain gimmick 5G coverage and feedback service

Receiving the worst service from Rain,from the responses on Twitter account to email and myRain login and feedback is just bad.

I ordered a 5G router and sim and it allowed me to check the coverage on their site and approved that my location in Tshepisong does have 5G coverage,when i received the package I tested it at work in a location in Sandton and it worked.

I then took it home and changed location and showed I was connected to a tower 1,23KM away and showed 2 more towers 3KM away but the http://192.168.0.1/ showed that i had no service i lost 2 days of work cause of this and tried calling the consultant and she said she created a new ticket so that the router can be tested and said that it showed on her side i was getting access to the internet but nothing

Now i have cancelled the service all together and still waiting for response from them and nothing
