Rain Ghosting me after taking my money!

Rain has taken a payment from my *** more than they were meant to. I did clear this with them back in January and I was assured it would be sorted by Kealan Abrahams, yet money was still taken from my account. I have contacted them twice and still not response. I contacted Muminah Marsh as well as she handles my account and still not a response from anyone. I need this money back, I have the proof it was meant to be taken off, I need someone to contact me asap!!!!!!
