Rain generally has very poor service delivery both product wise and regarding the call centre....Agents listen to your issue put you on hold and then the call cuts and no one returns the call. I did however have my experience changed after speaking to Shaquille yesterday. He assisted me with Rain debiting my account for a service that I did not recieve. He listened to my call attentively, responded with such understanding and managed to sort this out, after 2 months of me trying every single day to call the call center and getting no joy.....thank you Shaquille, Rain should get more staff like you on board. He even returned my call yesterday with a confirmation of this issue being sorted out and even provided me with a reference number. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
