RAIN - full of promises,, no support or back up once signed on

We joined 2 weeks ago. Sim card was delivered, account FICA. Had to have a fried help to connect and setup as no-one from RAIN was returning messages to assist.

Once connected, noted upload and down load speed combined is less than 3 MB/Sec, monitored and checked for last 14 days. Have sent a message on email to support. Was directed to support site. Have obtained 3 ticket numbers since. Not one person called back.

Further to this attempted to message on face book, waited, no feed back to date.

Through frustration attempted to comment on FB page, messages, read, then blocked from being posted on their page ( this means they screening complaints on FB yet the do not allow public to see them).

I have screen dumps of both the speeds measured and the attempts to contact.

Worst service ever for ISP
