Rain. full of promises, but no action.
We still have not received our refund. We still have not been privately contacted. All these promises, and no action. The cancelation of our contracts was confirmed for the 27.02.2024

I lost count how often I have been promised a refund of the last payment that was deducted from my account.
I lost count how often I have given all the endless reference numbers
I was promised that once the router was collected, I will get a message on Hellopeter that I will receive a refund.
Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing. And again nothing.
