Rain frustration

I purchased a rain SIM card on the 11th of June. And because I was told the setup was quick and easy I cancelled my current data plan immediately. The new card was delivered and on the 17th of June. It's still not active and I've emailed rain several times with no response as yet. I'm getting frustrated because my kids are losing out on school work and I'm about to miss a major deadline.
