Rain.... frustrating lack of quality connection

Not happy with the state of the service currently. My speeds are lower than advertised, I'm averaging 1.78mbs down. I'm not the only user with complaints. I will admit that all my queries through Twitter have been answered and attempts have been made to reset my connection. But I can't understand why my connection bounces me of the tower that's the closest to me and connects to one that's further away with very poor signal quality. Again I admit the first 3 months have been great , thereafter it's always been slow and unusable. Constantly having to reboot and complain on twitter. Infrastructure needs improvement. Again will say we are paying for the service, I'm forced to stick with it as I have to fiber in our area. It's just frustrating to have enjoyed usable speeds and that was reliable for the first 3 months to now always complaining.
