Rain from hell

So they collected the equipment on Monday and I'm still waiting for communication and a refund. I've called the contact center n those unqualified under paid agents never know anything, they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes n not even call u back when the line disconnects.. I have never seen this kind of incompetence. The worst I tell you
