rain from hell
i swear 1 star is being generous because you guys deserve 0 stars. i brought a sim card and you guys deducted from my account. the sim card is still not rica. so i requested to cancel the old sim my daughters was using. for 4 months we have not been using rain but u guys still have the nerve to deduct her account. we are encoring bank charges. sort this out ASAP
