Rain from bad to worst!!! Still no refund!!!
After experience the worst ever service from them they finally agree to refund me my money!
BUT to my surprise still no refund!!! Rain what must one do to get my own money back??.?

I really had it up to here with rain and there constantly not informed information does this not been captured on a system under customer profile? Always a automated messages from you and nothing else happen!

Please note I have returned the device more than a week ago and was on the phone with a consultant when said to him I am sending the unit back!!!
I really had it up to here with rain and there constantly not informed information does this not been captured on a system under customer profile? Always a automated messages from you and nothing else happen!

I drove 2 hours to pick up a router where rain said I would have connection - And now again its constant money that I have to spend to get my OWN money back. As soon as the funds are in my account I will remove this posting but until then I will post on every social media possible.
