Rain: ********** Crime

On the 5 June 2020, I processed a payment to Rain for 24/7 WiFi SIM card. That SIM card never arrived, when I followed up via their courier company I was informed that the sim card or parcel is with Rain not with the courier. The courier then gave me two email address which are owned by rain employees to follow up, I sent the emails to these individuals and they never rep**** to my enquiry, I sent emails via the support link on rain website, emails don’t go through, contact number unavailable to speak to any consultants. This can only mean, RAIN is committing ********** transactions from the people. I’m reporting this because, I’m failing to understand why the business will process payments online knowing they can’t deliver the services to the people who bought the service. I’m humble expecting Rain to honor my agreement with them of ensuring I’m receiving the SIM card loaded with monthly data if unable refund all the monies paid into their account by me.
