Rain forever no connection

Every single damn day i keep losing signal, signal is going on and off, RAIN as a service provider is a ******* as we paying so much for wifi and dont get the speed you pay for, i am really sick of them. Everytime you speak to them online they say everything is fine or i am offline, but they take your money every month without any issues my side, because of this issues i am cancelling with them.if i could give them a minus 100 im stars i would because service is horrible.
