Rain forever buffers at Zonkizizwe

I keep paying for this forever buffering. This is my second complaint and the first one was never addressed. The tower in Palm Ridge is always out and these so called technicians never fix it. The next complaint ill be cancelling this nonsese

This is not helping, the network has gotten worse

I did the speed test, download mbps was 5. Where are you getting this 32 mbps

I need this resolve asap, I can’t keep paying for this weak ISP
