RAIN for the WIN!!

On Monday 1 March, we requested a call back for more information on the RAIN 5G service. Less than 30seconds after submitting we received a call from Thobsile Duma. She answered all my questions, and the ones she didn't have the answers to she double-checked with her superior. THANK YOU FOR MAKING AN EFFORT to give us the correct information. For that reason alone, I will stay on HOLD for 30 minutes.

On Tuesday we confirmed that we wanted to take the Outdoor Router Package, she stayed on the line with me while we completed all the information, and made the first prepaid payment (after the first 30 days, it switches to postpaid).

She said the delivery will happen by Saturday, we received it on Wednesday. She said the service will only be active, ours was active within 10 minutes of delivery. The advert mentioned speeds up to 30Mbps, we are pushing 80Mbps.

I AM SO IMPRESSED. They underpromised and over-delivered.
