Rain Fix Boksburg Connectivity ASAP
Been having horrible connectivity this last 4 days. Used the whatsapp chat bot as that is what rain recommended but they say that they are aware of the issue but can not say when connectivity in Boksburg will be fully restored. My current download is 2-3 mb and upload is peak 4mb. This is unacceptable. I am at witts end with this issue no ERT no additional communication. Just poor service and no answers. Thinking of canceling my Rain subscription after 7 years of being a loyal customer.
