Rain Fibre the worst Service and wifi Service

Choosing Rain Fibre has been the worst experience. I tried to change my payment date since I'm starting my new job and got home to no wifi. Tomorrow is a public holiday and I'm hosting friends. I want nothing to do with this company. I have been having internet connection issues as well. I stay in Melrose Arch there are no connection issues with other Fibre providers. If you thinking of Fi re, Rain should be your last option..TRUST
