RAIN

Hi i would like to lodge a complaint about rain, i have been using rain years now with the bad service and bad network they provide i had hope that it will get better i even upgraded to their 5G biggest mistake i ever made i was paying over R 600 for a very bad network and service i work from home some days rain would not work for the entire day, February 2025 i decided to cancel rain and seek another better network which I'm currently using without any issues Rain have been charging me till this day for a service that im no longer using i called emailed asked to speak to a manager to reverse that amount they charged me why would you charge a person for a service that they no longer use, no data was loaded to the rain sim in over 4 months yet everyday you sending me SMS that i owe you, till this day no one from rain has bothered to call me about my query instead I'm only getting calls from the couriers that they need to collect their box that's the only thing they care rain about rain has a very bad service i have experienced it on so many occasions i feel sorry for anyone that still thinking of using this company and i will not pay any amount for a service that i did not use
